ALLAN SCOTT MÉthode Traditionelle
Introduced in 1999 as a non-vintage traditional méthode sparkling wine produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes. The Blanc de Blancs style is enhanced with progressive on lees maturation in the bottle before disgorging.
The Sparkling Rosé is also a Méthode Traditionelle made with 100% Pinot Noir Grapes
