Viticulture
This harvest produced ideal conditions for the botrytis fungi dehydrating the fruit and concentrating the grape sugars and aromas
Vinification
The fruit was hand picked, macerated on skins and pressed in the traditional way - by foot! The final clear juice was then fermented in old French barriques and aged for a further six months
Description
A complex array of ripe stone fruits . The palate is long and luscious with nectarines, white peach, and apricot. It has a good focal point constructed by the acid and phenolic compounds giving a lengthy finish.
