Concentrating on the white grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling, Allan Scott Wines combines viticultural expertise with ability to enhance the qualities of Marlborough's outstanding winemaking conditions to produce wines that have achieved many awards and accolades.

In the appropriate seasonal conditions, the company produces a late harvest style wine from Riesling, or more recently Chardonnay, grapes.

Pinot Noir, grown in recently-acquired company vineyards and from selected grower sites suitable for the production of this variety, have filled the requirement to have red wine production. A small block of Merlot will enable limited production of this esteemed variety.

The company also produces a bottle fermented sparkling wine made in the traditional method.
